Who we are
Plumbing Guy is a plumbing company at 17 Lakeview Dr, Canton, GA 30114. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Plumbing Guy, and "the site" means savinggraceplumbingservices.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send the service request form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address (if you add one), service address, the type of service, how soon you need it and your description of the problem.
When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us about your plumbing problem.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver pages and block abuse. That includes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We don't use that data to identify you, and we don't combine it with the details you send us.
Cookies and tracking
The site doesn't set cookies for advertising or analytics, and it loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, images and code are served from our own domain.
If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use your information

How long we keep it
We keep service requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and meet tax and legal record-keeping rules. Requests that never turn into a job are deleted when they're no longer needed.
How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted on its way to us. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
No website or email system is perfectly secure. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form or by email.
Your choices
