Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or larger text. Last reviewed: October 8, 2026.
What we've done
We built the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target. In practice that means:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link is the first stop
- Headings, lists, tables and form fields are marked up so screen readers can read them in order
- Photos have text descriptions
- Text and buttons meet color contrast targets, and nothing relies on color alone
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without the layout breaking
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone
- Animation is minimal and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion
- The service request form has visible labels and clear error messages
How we check
Before launch, every page was tested with automated accessibility tools, and keyboard navigation was checked by hand. Automated tools don't catch everything, so some problems may remain.
Known limits
We haven't had a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we don't claim the site is perfect. If a page, photo description or form doesn't work for you, we want to know.
